In many cases our trained Tech Support Staff can resolve issues. Contact Customer Service Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). All Returns DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE ANY ITEMS. ATTEMPTS TO CHANGE THE FUNCTION OR APPEARANCE OF ANY ITEM YOU PURCHASED FROM US WILL VOID THE WARRANTY AND YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR A FULL PRODUCT REFUND.
Refunds: Consumer purchases made directly from AirForce Airguns Online or Direct through Customer Service may only receive a full product refund for the following conditions: All refunds are subject to condition of merchandise received by AirForce Airguns, and must comply with the Return Policy.
All refunds will be processed back to original form of payment within 5-10 business days from the date of receipt of product at our facility. Restocking Fees: Items that are used, not in their original packaging or otherwise not in new, unused, sellable condition are subject to a minimum of a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Warranty Returns/Repairs: Subject to terms and conditions of specific product warranty outlined in the owner’s manual. Warranty card information for rifles must be registered and on file with AirForce Airguns. Failure to provide the following information may result in a delay in processing the repair or replacement.
