Dear Valued Customers,

We want to provide you with an important update regarding the Presslug products you have ordered from us.

We have had an outstanding order with Presslug since February. Despite repeated attempts to obtain an update, we have not received the communication, shipment, or firm delivery date necessary for us to fulfill your orders.

After months of waiting and attempting to resolve this situation, we have made the decision to discontinue our relationship with Presslug as a vendor.

This was not a decision we made lightly. We have a responsibility to our retailers and customers to work with suppliers who communicate with us, stand behind their commitments, and provide reliable delivery of the products we offer.

Unfortunately, Presslug's continued lack of communication and failure to fulfill our outstanding order has made it impossible for us to continue doing business with them.

We also want to be transparent about why this is happening. We have made every reasonable effort to resolve the situation directly with Presslug, but after waiting since February without a reliable response or delivery commitment, we can no longer continue asking our customers to wait.

We appreciate your patience, your understanding, and most importantly, your continued partnership. We value our retailers and will always prioritize working with suppliers who can provide the communication, service, and reliability that you deserve.
