Technical Support First
Before returning any item, we strongly encourage you to contact our Customer Service & Technical Support Team at 1-877-247-4867, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
Many issues can be resolved over the phone without the need for a return.
General Return Policy
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:
Return Requirements
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): You must contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA number before sending any item back. Write this number clearly on the outside of your return package.
- Original Sales Receipt: Include a copy of the receipt from an authorized Rapid Air Worx or AirForce Airguns dealer.
- Detailed Note: Provide a written explanation of the issue, including:
Your full name
Shipping address
Phone number
Order number
Reason for return (Exchange, Refund, or Repair) - Condition of Merchandise: Items must be returned in the condition received unless being returned for warranty repair.
Shipping & Handling
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to Rapid Air Worx. We recommend using a traceable service such as UPS or FedEx.
- Rapid Air Worx is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipment.
Do Not Disassemble or Modify
IMPORTANT:
Any attempt to disassemble, modify, or alter the function or appearance of a product voids the warranty and the right to a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from Rapid Air Worx, either through our official website or our customer service team.
If you purchased your product through a dealer (authorized or unauthorized), you must contact that dealer directly for any refund or return requests.
Rapid Air Worx does not issue refunds for products purchased through third-party retailers.
To qualify for a refund from Rapid Air Worx:
- The item must be new, unused, and in resellable condition
- Must include all original packaging, manuals, and paperwork
- Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- A valid RMA number is required before returning the product
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Exchange Policy
Items returned for exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days, subject to inventory availability. You may exchange an item for the same product (if defective) or another of equal or lesser value, subject to approval.
Restocking Fees
Returns that are opened, used, missing parts, or not in new condition may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
Warranty Returns & Repairs
If your item is defective under warranty:
- Contact Customer Service for an RMA number and return instructions.
- Provide a copy of the original receipt from an authorized dealer.
- Include a written explanation of the issue and full contact details.
- Indicate whether you are requesting a Repair or Replacement.
All warranty claims are subject to the terms stated in your product’s owner’s manual. Products must be registered with Rapid Air Worx for warranty eligibility.
Final Notes
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products purchased through unauthorized dealers or third-party marketplaces.
- Products received outside of the RMA process may be returned to the sender at their expense.
- For Products Purchased through a dealer (authorized or unauthorized), customer must contact that dealer directly for any refund or return requests.
