Rapid Air Worx Limited Warranty –

U.S. Models 1-Year Limited Warranty Rapid Air Worx (RAW) provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of RAW airguns sold in the United States, including the following models:

• HM1000
• HM1000x
• TM1000
• HM1000 Micro Hunter
• HM1000x Mini Hunter (Chassis & Wood Stock variants)
• HM1000x LRT (Long Range Target – Wood Stock)

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and when operated in accordance with the guidelines and instructions provided in the product manual. To activate the warranty, the original purchaser must mail or register the warranty card (supplied with the rifle) within 60 days of purchase. This warranty is valid only for rifles purchased through authorized RAW dealers within the United States.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing or material defects discovered during normal use
• Failures due to factory-related workmanship or parts
• Warranty service performed by the factory or an authorized RAW service center What’s Not Covered
• Routine maintenance, cleaning, and general wear and tear
• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper care, neglect, or accidental impact
• Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or disassembly
• Damage caused by environmental conditions (e.g., flooding, fire, tornadoes, etc.)
• Use in commercial, rental, competitive, or government applications
• Airguns purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers

Note: Use in any commercial or government application limits this warranty to 1 year from the date of purchase, regardless of registration status.

Authorized Accessories

Use of genuine Rapid Air Worx accessories, including the RAW Plenum Extender and Plenum Extension, does not void this warranty when installed and used according to factory guidelines. Improper installation, unauthorized modification, or the use of non-factory components in combination with these accessories may result in voiding the warranty.

Invalidation of Warranty

Your warranty will be void under the following conditions:

• If the rifle has been disassembled or modified in any way not specifically authorized by Rapid Air Worx
• If the airgun has been damaged due to mishandling, abuse, neglect, or environmental exposure
• If the rifle is used outside the specifications listed in the product manual
• If you are not the original retail purchaser How to Obtain Warranty Service Warranty service is only available through the factory or authorized RAW service centers.
